Twenty five loan officers of NWTF along with their Area Manager, Sol Argel and 2 Branch Managers: Reynold Masnayon of Minglanilla Branch and Dan Syrel Tianzon of Cordova Branch completed the Personal Effectiveness Workshop held at Tubod Flowing Resort, Cebu. The seminar is already the 4th in the series of seminars in Personal Effectiveness conducted to the employees of Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation in their various areas. The seminar was conducted by INTRASPEC Management Consultancy with its Senior Partner, Jojo Vito, PhD being the workshop leader. NWTF Training Officer Mercy Desales facilitated the workshop.
The workshop was conducted in the spirit of fun using various training methodologies like outdoor activities, structures learning exercises, brainstorming and many more. The venue, Tubod Flowing Waters Resort was chosen bearing in mind the various activities integrated the seminar.
