NTC-M’s 1ST BATCH OF GRADUATES, PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

The Norwegian Training Center- Manila (NTC-M) with an office located at TESDA Complex, Taguig, Metro Manila had recently started the Personality Development Training program for their entire manpower team. The training program which was scheduled in two batches focuses on intrapersonal and interpersonal skills development. The training workshop began last July 2015 for the first batch lasted for 3-days. The second batch is scheduled this  August 2015.

INTRASPEC Management Consultancy was tapped as the training provider with yours truly being the Senior Consultant of INTRASPEC as the Resource Person.

Several fun games and structured learning activities were used to ensure optimum learning for the participants 

35 Participants composed by Department Managers and Head, Instructors and Support staff attended the training workshop which was rendered through a combination of Structured Learning Activities , Brainstorming and Lectures. The training was conducted at the Norwegian Training Center , Taguig City, Philippines.
